Where suspicious activity is identified, 2jbit may freeze the relevant account and report the matter to applicable regulatory or law enforcement authorities without notice to the account holder.
Note: 2jbit will only return funds to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically feasible. This is a standard anti-money laundering safeguard, not a restriction on your access to your funds.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by 2jbit are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and game contribution rates as detailed in the individual promotion's terms. Where a conflict arises between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. For cricket betting markets — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), international ODIs, T20 Internationals, and Test matches — the following specific rules apply: match result bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board; in-play markets are settled in real time and bets accepted in-play are final regardless of subsequent score corrections; rain interruptions and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method calculations are recognised as valid match outcomes for settlement purposes.

You may close your 2jbit account at any time by contacting the customer support team at [email protected]. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Unused bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within two (2) business days.
2jbit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

If you disagree with any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to cease use of the platform and close your account in accordance with Section 12.1.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2jbit is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with procedures established by a recognised arbitral body. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration in connection with any dispute arising from these Terms.
